LABORERS
Requires prior construction experience. Work duties consist of manual labor tasks as directed by Supervisor, including shoveling, manual materials handling, operating gas tampers and walk behind rollers, holding grade rod, manual watering, raking and sweeping.

PIPELAYERS
Prior construction experience required. Duties consist of handling, fitting, installing pipe and associated appurtenances as directed by supervisor. Fine grading trench bottoms to correct elevation, manual placement and compaction of pipe bedding, constant and vigilant inspection of unprotected trench walls for soft spots or cracks that could result in trench wall collapse, construction of sewer manholes to include finishing of poured in place concrete inverts, set up of sewer lasers, supervision of trench laborers.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS
Grades I - V. Requires prior experience, training in safe operation of construction equipment and proof of proficiency at grade. Must be able to safely, competently and productively operate all equipment at grade level. Must be experienced and capable of performing basic equipment maintenance and lubrication. These positions may involve limited amount of maual labor, i.e., materials handling, loading, unloading, shoveling, raking or sweeping. Higher grade equipment operator positions may involve some supervision of other employees.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDANT
Field Superintendant - Civil Construction. Blue print reading, project layout, site safety,s cheduling, basic computer skills are required. Three years experience managing all phases of civil construction, i.e., earthwork, grading, utility/storm drainage systems, raod construction is mandatory.
