Amy has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. She gradated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering in 2002. After graduation, she went to work for E.H. Oftedal & Sons, followed by Highway Services. She has worked in all field phases of the construction business, including project management, change order negotiation and coordination of all aspects of site preparation and utilities projects. She has an extensive background in the heavy highway, concrete pavement restoration, asphalt pavement repair, project management and field engineering. She is originally from Tea, South Dakota.
